Protecting our teams
At our warehouse, we’ve been working closely with our third party partners to ensure the wellbeing of all teams. We’ve introduced careful hygiene-related guidelines. We’ve also made changes to work schedules in order to ensure the safety of our colleagues and in keeping with government social distancing recommendations, so our delivery options have changed slightly. We have brought forward our Next Day Delivery cut-off to 5pm and our standard delivery will now be delivered within 5-7 working days. Our couriers are still making (contactless!) deliveries throughout the week and our international deliveries remain unaffected.
UK shipping information
UK deliveries may be made any time between 8.00am and 9.00pm. Please try to ensure that there is access to the delivery property during this window. However, if you are not at home, our couriers will attempt delivery to a secure location or leave the parcel with a neighbour

ORDER TRACKING
All international orders are tracked. Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive an email containing a DHL number to track its progress online.
CURRENCY
All orders are processed in Pounds Sterling (GBP£).
CORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
Please make sure that the shipping address is correct as we are unable to amend order information once have left our warehouse and are on the way to you.
CUSTOMS CHARGES
All orders are shipped from the UK.
Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We are unable to predict the charges and the recipient is liable for the payment of import duties, customs and local sales tax. Contact your local customs office for more information on potential charges.
Will I be charged VAT?
All prices on our website include VAT where applicable or any charges for the applicable sales tax in the country of delivery. Rates vary by country but our prices remain unchanged due to various supply chain factors.
