Measuring your shoe size
You should measure your feet in the afternoon or evening while standing on a hard surface. Put your foot on a sheet of paper, with your heel against a wall. Mark your toeline and measure the longest part of your foot. You can then use our conversion chart to find your size.
Measuring heel height
All of our heels are measured from the bottom of the heel to the top tip of the heel of the shoe.
Measuring boot height
All of our boots are measured from the bottom of the sole to the top of the back of the shoe.
